This position requires business, technical and compliance knowledge to work closely and manage government and regulatory bodies, providing clear evidence for continued control and risk mitigation of known challenges, especially in our legacy environment.

What will be your responsibilities

• ensures that all external information security requirements for the external legal and regulatory mandates are embedded in the Information Security (IS) Control Framework
• ensures a strong understanding of potential IS risks and threat landscape
• records risk activities and issues in GRC tool, follows up on issues and reports assessment results and risk ratings to the appropriate level
• periodically reviews the risk process for continuous improvements in the process to ensure the most effective and efficient process is implemented
• analyzes business requirements and determines overall training strategy
• as required, develops and deploys training programs to address security violations, industry trends, and updates in regards to laws, regulations, policies, and business processes
• project monitoring; Ensure timeliness, budgetary objectives and perform periodic evaluations of progress versus plan, Correct and timely reporting according to the standards
• report on Service Portfolio Projects to stakeholders

What we expect from you

• University degree
• 3-5 years relevant IT Audit or Cyber Security experience
• very strong communication and negotiation skills
• advanced English and Czech
• proactive
• strong in planning and organizing
• motivation to work in international environment
