As Project Manager you will be responsible for the managing Fusion projects for our Ahold Delhaize brands in Europe. You will become part of the Fusion Program team. This team runs business projects that are all aligned with the overall company ambitions of our brands and the region, aiming to drive efficiency in areas of flow of goods, operational excellence and commercial processes. You will be responsible for defining, preparing, leading and/or executing projects on regional level. You along with Stream leaders will determine the best approach and set out a strategy to realize the project objectives.
We are looking for 3 Project Managers in three areas - Logistics, Commercial, Operations.

What will be your responsibilities
- managing large, highly complex companywide projects or programs, requiring extensive Project Management and professional knowledge of market segment industry
- project timelines definitions following initiating projects and programs, defining scope and activities, leading decision making and manages uncertainties and expectations of a varied group of stakeholders
- delivery visibility analysis and builds business cases for strategic projects/programs, ensures execution and manages uncertainties
- cross departmental alignments and managing the relation with a heterogeneous group of stakeholders on strategic level, managing conflicting interests and ensuring alignment across strategic stakeholders
- providing project management and business guidance for project team members throughout the project life cycle
- Identifying risks in business, both in relation to external and internal factors
- bring business insights to manage business decisions
- ensuring commitment to the management plan and figures
- determining KPIs as a basis for control
What we expect from you
- University master’s degree preferably
- 3-6 years’ experience in relevant business environment, such as retail or consumer products; Extensive expertise in some specific areas (Logistics, Commercial, Operations) – advantage
- English – fluent, Czech - advanced
- leadership experience in a relevant business environment, such as retail or consumer products or international environment advantage
- excellent presentation skills
