We are recruiting for a Sales & Business Development Manager position on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing startup in the conversational AI space.
This innovative company is driven by a team of experts with a mission to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions for conversational intelligence. With an established presence in the Czech market, they are now expanding into international markets, and they’re looking for a sales professional who can drive new customer acquisition abroad while maintaining relationships with existing clients in the Czech Republic.
Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on acquiring new customers and creating business opportunities in international markets
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients in the Czech market, addressing their inquiries and ongoing needs
- Sales of AI conversational intelligence solutions and products
- Develop and maintain a well-organized pipeline of international prospects
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
- Gather customer feedback to assess needs and contribute to product development
- Collaborate with internal teams, report to the Executive Director, and coordinate with other departments to enhance sales efforts
- Demonstrate TELMA technology to prospect customers
- Actively support product milestones by providing valuable customer feedback
- Cooperating with developers on the actual product development
Requiements:
- Proven track record in sales and/or business development, ideally in IT/TELCO area
- Experience from the international sales is an advantage
- Ability to identify opportunities and new-customers acquisition
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High flexibility, willingness to learn new things
- Logical thinking, willingness to improve existing technology solutions and process
- Ability to work responsibly independently and as part of a team
- Pro-client oriented approach
- Interest in new technologies
- Energy and vigor to build a new large European technological company from humble beginnings
